Ale

HTBC's Durax collection sits in 5mm glue-down luxury vinyl plank territory, and Ale brings the warm-toned, warm amber variation. 5mm LVT plank with a 0.5mm (20-mil) wear layer, embossed wood-grain face, and full glue-down installation — the floor bonds permanently to the subfloor for the most stable, quietest possible install. For Greater Vancouver households, that means a floor that fits the actual installation conditions of West Coast homes — humidity that swings between damp winters and warmer drier summers, plus the everyday traffic of family living.

This isn't a designer-import floor. It's HTBC's house program — engineered for value through their direct manufacturer relationships and shipped through their Delta facility. Glue-down LVP at $2.98/sqft — the install method of choice for commercial spaces, retail showrooms, and below-grade Lower Mainland basements where a floating floor risks moisture issues.
