The Xtra version keeps all those winning attributes while adding the crucial 72-hour spill protection that expands where you can install it.

The taupe coloration deserves special attention. This isn't a muddy gray-brown but rather a carefully balanced neutral with enough warmth to feel inviting while maintaining the contemporary edge that modern homeowners want. It photographs beautifully — important if you're selling your home — and provides excellent contrast with white trim without the starkness of true gray floors.
