Edward Xtra

Edward Xtra represents the most practical choice in the Conquest Xtra lineup. The neutral beige works with any décor style, and the 72-hour water resistance enables continuous installation from entryway through kitchen to living spaces.

The color philosophy remains unchanged from standard Edward—a true neutral that doesn't favor warm or cool palettes. This diplomatic approach ensures the floor won't clash when you repaint walls, change furniture, or update your style over the years.

The water-resistant upgrade is particularly valuable for open-concept floor plans. Without this protection, designers often recommend different flooring for kitchens, creating visual breaks that interrupt the flow of modern open spaces. Edward Xtra eliminates this compromise. Vancouver flooring professionals frequently recommend it for the contemporary condos and townhouses that characterize the Lower Mainland market.

Note that this product is marked as Limited Stock on Beaulieu's website. This could indicate high demand, supply chain considerations, or potential discontinuation. If Edward Xtra fits your project, order samples early and confirm availability before committing to a purchase.

The E0 certification ensures the lowest formaldehyde emission category—important for households where the floor will be used in living areas, kitchens, and bedrooms. Combined with FloorScore and TSCA Title VI compliance, this represents triple assurance for indoor air quality.

Technical specifications match the rest of the Conquest Xtra lineup: 12mm thickness, AC4 durability, and angle/tap installation. The light neutral color does show dust more readily than darker options, so plan for regular maintenance in high-traffic areas.
