Overview
Colorado is the artisan of this collection: a hand-tufted cut & loop construction in 100% wool, where sheared and looped yarns sit side by side to carve a visible sculpted pattern into the pile. At a substantial 56 oz pile weight, the pattern has real depth — light and shadow play across the surface in a way flat carpets cannot replicate. Its four colorways are named for Rocky Mountain towns: Avon, Silverthorne, Vail, and Glenwood.
The cut & loop format is more than decoration. Alternating pile heights break up foot traffic visually, so the wear patterns and footprints that show on uniform plushes disappear into the pattern here. Combined with wool's natural resilience, that earns Colorado a Heavy Residential rating despite its decorative ambitions. The 15-foot (4572 mm) roll width — wider than nearly all broadloom — lets large rooms run seam-free.
It suits confident interiors: formal living rooms, dens, and principal bedrooms in Metro Vancouver homes where the floor is meant to be part of the design conversation, not background.
A sculpted, hand-tufted statement piece with the pile weight to back up its looks — pattern and durability in one.
