Nature's Carpet Belltower Plush Wool Carpet

Belltower Plush inverts the range's formula: 48 oz of 100% undyed wool with the loops sheared into a textured cut pile, over a synthetic-and-jute backing bonded with Ceneva SBR-free adhesive, on a 13 ft 2 in roll with no pattern repeat. The texturing in the cut pile matters — slightly varied tuft angles scatter light, which softens the footprint-and-vacuum-mark shading that plagues formal velvet plushes while keeping the soft hand.

The Heavy Residential rating is well supported at this weight, though cut pile physics still apply: tips take wear differently than loops, so expect gentle tone shifts in the busiest lanes over the years — the textured surface and undyed tonal variegation both help disguise it. Installation is stretch-in over pad. In Metro Vancouver bedrooms — this carpet's natural habitat — pair it with a quality dense pad, and the result is the quietest, softest floor in the catalog. Cut pile is also the pet-friendly construction here: no loops for claws to snag. Wool disciplines remain: dry rooms only, wool-safe cleaners, prompt blotting.

Basalt, Granite, and Sandstone borrow their names honestly — stone-toned neutrals with the soft tonal movement of blended fleece. The velvet surface catches lamplight beautifully, warming bedrooms layered in linen and pale timber, and grounding the calm, mineral-palette serenity of the Pacific Northwest's contemporary coastal interiors.
