Basalt Canyon pairs the Voxflor collection's environmental flagship fiber — 100% regenerated Econyl nylon — with a multi-level loop face whose five-colourway range evokes exactly what the name promises: strata of stone, shadow, and mineral grey. It is the collection's most naturalistic design statement, built on recovered materials.
The engineering follows the collection's premium recycled tier: 28.08 oz/y² of solution-dyed pile at a 4.5 mm height, density 7304, 10 stitches per inch, heavy-commercial abrasion rating, on the upgraded Ecoace Bac Pro backing. Colour permanence, stain release, and wear life are contract-grade; the recycled fiber gives up nothing to virgin nylon.
As a glue-down plank, it brings modular practicality — single-tile repairs, easy logistics — to spaces from dens to studies, and it has a particular following for Greater Vancouver townhouses finishing lower-level offices and media rooms where design and durability share the brief.
